My Ideal Job

I previously worked for a property investment company as a Personal Assistant and accounts administrator. I have since decided to do some extra studies in conveyancing as I thoroughly enjoyed this field. I am looking for a role where I can get my foot in the door with a legal firm. I am qualified in the administration and client services however I lack experience in the legal side. I would love to work as a legal secretary and work my way to becoming a conveyancer or legal executive.

My Career / Experience Overview

I have just recently completed a 1 year Maternity Cover with Wealth Management Strategies Ltd where I was the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and the Accounts Administrator. Wealth Management Strategies Ltd is a financial service company which offers investment properties to its clients. Within my role, I coordinated and processed accounts receivable and payable, frequently liased with clients, contractors and other professionals with whom Wealth Management Strategies worked alongside with.

Prior to my role above, I worked for Alpine Fresh as an Office/Operations Managers.This position was a varied role in charge of the administrative and operational aspects of the company. Within this role I created monthly reports for the Managing Director and Sales Manager, data entry for services undertaken, handle customer cancellations, complaints, queries and service requests. As a result of this, I have established a rapport with all contractors and have built strong working relationships with personnel from Key Accounts. I actively provided support when sales staff were unavailable and have a 90% success rate in securing a sale with an inbound call query.

My professional experience in the administrative and customer service field makes me an exceptional candidate for this position. I am proficient in planning and executing a range of administrative services independently, including; calendar management, meetings coordination, internal communication, filing, and travel arrangement. Moreover, I am highly skilled in coordinating different activities simultaneously. My ability of managing day to day administrative procedures and establishing a rapport with new and existing clients will be beneficial for your company.
